Yummmmm… Mama Fu’s… ahhhhhhhhhh.
If you haven’t been to Mama Fu’s Asian House before, there are many great options to choose from if you are in the mood for Thai-inspired cuisine.
Sometimes when I am looking for a quiet nook to work over lunch (they have free wi-fi!), I head straight to Mama Fu’s. I am a big fan of their Pad Thai because it comes with rice, not wheat, noodles (Thai peanut sauce tossed with bean sprouts, crisp carrots, scallions, egg, tofu and rice noodles, garnished with crushed peanuts, cilantro and a lime wedge, see photo above) and their Thai Coconut Soup (“creamy” coconut milk with chicken breast, mushrooms, lemongrass, and lime, see photo below).

Yum! I love to get their beef fried rice and or Mongolian beef. Both are super good!

ReplyDeleteok. I want to try the Basil Spring Rolls, Beef Curry Rolls, Thai Dynamite Shrimp, and maybe a Seared Ahi Tuna Steak. I think I might go over my $20 winnings a bit, but it will be worth it! jc

ReplyDeletePad Thai is one of my favorite foods. The above platter looks great. Also, I just got some gluten-free Asian rice crackers shipped to me for Fathers Day. Good stuff.
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of Mama Fu's and just got an invite from their eClub to come in an enjoy an entree' from their new gluten free menu at 1/2 price. You have to bring in the coupon, but the menu is extensive.
