Time for another happy 3 years of blogging anniversary treat!
Welcome
to Day 5 of nwafoodie’s annual anniversary week of giveaways. Are you having fun yet? Did you check out yesterday’s cookbook giveaway? I guarantee you want that book!
Today’s gift comes courtesy of one of my favorite
retailers, Williams-Sonoma. The Williams-Sonoma store at the Pinnacle Promenade in Rogers is so honored to celebrate five years in Northwest Arkansas! Whenever you are at the mall, it is
well worth your time to pop in to check out what is new, learn a daily cooking
technique or skill, or at the very least, check out the clearance table!
Prize:
Two (2) lucky someone’s will be receiving a $25 gift
certificate to use at the Rogers Williams-Sonoma store.
Contest ends next Sunday, September 16th at noon (CDT). I will pick a winner via randomizer.
Eligibility:
Leave me a comment with your name, email, blog, facebook,
or twitter name so I contact you if you are the winner (need help on how to leave a comment?).
Comment
question:
Q: What is your favorite part of the store to browse (and
dream) at Williams-Sonoma?
+1 extra entry:
Tweet this giveaway (tag “@nwafoodie” and leave an extra comment to let
me know!)
+1 extra entry:
Facebook this giveaway (tag “nwafoodie” in the giveaway and leave an
extra comment to let me know!)
No purchase necessary to enter. Contest void where
prohibited. Contest open to members who are 18 years or older. Contest open
only to US residents only. Except that it really only makes sense if you leave
in the Northwest Arkansas area to win this one.
Eat
well, my friends. Eat well.

I love the baking supplies section! I really, really want the mini-pie baker. I've had my eye on it for a long time.
ReplyDeleteSometimes the best things are those you have to wait for. Makes you really appreciate it! Good luck!
DeleteI love cooking tools. To me, cooking gadgets are like shoes... a girl can never have too many
ReplyDeleteYou are my kind of gal!!
DeleteI retweeted your giveaway :D

DeleteEnjoy browsing the coffee makers and kitchen gadgets
ReplyDeleteYou know you are going to bite that bullet one day and buy the mack daddy one!
DeleteI don't think I've shopped at Williams-Sonoma so I guess every part of the store is my favorite to browse!
ReplyDeleteThe funny thing is... once you do go to Williams-Sonoma at Pinnacle Promenade... you probably WILL think that! :)
DeleteI facebooked and tweeted your giveaway. Facebook Lyndsey Weber, Twitter LKWootWoot
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lyndsey!
DeleteAll.of.it. Seriously. But maybe the Le creuset stuff. Or the baking pans. Those are probably my top two. But I could sped hours (and all my money) in that store
ReplyDeleteI hear you. When I see their doors propped open, it just beckons me in... like an addiction! Good luck.
DeleteThe Le Creuset section (always hoping something big will be on sale). A close second would be the sale section at the back...that's where I picked up my big ol' paella pan. (that's redundant because paella is actually the name of the pan, as I recall.)
ReplyDeleteThe sale section rocks -- you can really pick up some gems!
DeleteI'm a sucker for the seasonal/specialty baking pans. Like the Twinkie pan I bought, like, 12 years ago. I still haven't made a homemade Twinkie. :/
ReplyDeletegmk1219 {at} yahoo {dot} com
Now, that's funny! I challenge you to make twinkies by the end of this year!
DeleteI love the whole store. I will always go look at the clearance/sale stuff at the back :) But I love looking at random kitchen tools and gadgets :)
ReplyDeleteHooray for the random tools and gadgets! I don't eat lobster but I realllly am draw the the little lobster crackin' gadget. It just looks so cool.
DeleteI'm a baker so I love all the baking dishes and gadgets. I'm also a sucker for serving dishes or vessels of any sort.
ReplyDeleteIt's addictive, isn't it. Willl I see you on horders anytime soon?
Deletesadly i have never been there...sounds like i need to cook more!!
ReplyDeleteYou don't even have to be a "cooker" to love this store... there are wine glasses, glasses, plates, knives, coffee and tea pots, soaps and lotions, tableclothes, alllll types of food mixes, and well, just fun to browse, really. Also a great place for finding gifts!
DeleteEntire store to be honest :D
ReplyDeleteha! LOVE this comment!
DeleteI love William Sonoma. Registered for my wedding 13 years ago and still adore my Brassiere dishes and gorgeous cookware -- better to buy well once I like to say. :-)
ReplyDeleteAmen! Always buy the best quality you can afford!
DeleteFacebooked this one. :0)
ReplyDelete+1 extra entry, thank you!
DeleteLove tools and would love a le crueset pot.
ReplyDeleteAmen!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE looking at the knives. I have total knife envy and I could look at them for hours. And the Le Cruset section...I want every single one of those. I just dream of the things I could chop and then cook if I had a Williams Sonoma at my disposal. lol
ReplyDeleteKnife-envy = love it. Can you imagine if you had unlimited access to Williams Sonoma? You would probably have someone call the cops on your because of all the knives you would collect.
DeleteI tagged you in a facebook comment and linked to your blog! Love it!!

Le sigh. I love the cookbooks - like I need more of those. I'm also fond of some of the specialty items like vanilla paste or special sauces, and I love all the table settings. But, like Sathya, I have to go with the entire store. LURVE it!
ReplyDeleteLe good luck!
DeleteSeriously... we both have a cookbook addiction. I.cannot.stop!!!!!

ReplyDelete+1, thank you!
Deletelol, looks like my original comment didn't go through.
ReplyDeleteI love the classes they do for kids- can't wait until my two are old enough to want more than samples when we're in that store!
cltadkins@yahoo.com
The samples! How did I forget the samples!! And the classes rock (not just for kids).
DeleteI like to dream of it all- as I cannot usually afford any of it! But the pasta making machines would be my must-buy-if-I could-afford.
ReplyDeleteAwhhh... pasta machines. That is on my one-day list, too. Good choice!
Deletetwitter
ReplyDeleteThanks Silja!
DeleteI love to browse the entire store, but the center is my favorite! They typically always have something yummy to share with everyone that walks in. @FabulousK2
ReplyDeleteYou're right, how have we not talked about the samples! Every day Williams Sonoma in the Pinnacle Promenade has some type of demonstration. Every Sunday they have a free cooking class! These two things means there always seems to be a sample of something on the stove. Or, there is always coffee to sampel.
DeleteCoffee contraptions. :)
ReplyDeleteBe sure to check out my Lewis & Clark coffee giveaway going on right now!
DeleteI haven't entered each contest, but I'm trying to +1 & tweet them. :)

ReplyDeleteGive away! @christienwa
Go, go, gadget go! (always wanted to say that!)
DeleteI love the baking stuff, especially the cupcake pans and decorating utensils.
ReplyDeleteAnd we are nearing great baking weather, too.
DeleteMy favorite part of WS is the amazing collection of cookware! I love drooling over the LC and All Clad pans. Someday...lol
ReplyDeletemeganlovesgiveaways (at) gmail.com
You know, the switch to All Clad skillets is totally worth it. I only have those and my cast iron and it is all I need. At first it was hard to get used to (always used one with a calphalon finish) but one I figured it out, I will never go back. Now I am working on my food-fipping skills.
DeleteGood luck!
BTW, it is hilarious that you have a email addy named that.

ReplyDeleteAnything seasonally-related: Hot chocolate, linens, etc.
ReplyDeleteI'm feeling a fall/winter seasonal love here...
DeleteAll the fun food stuff is my favorite. And, I'll admit, making fun of some of the kitchen tools. I have never felt the need, for instance, for a special tool to slice my avocado. :) (sewwriter @ gmail)
ReplyDeleteBe careful what you make fun of! I made fun of the Chef'n strawberry gadget and now it is one of my favs!
DeleteGood luck Sarah!
